The Summon Menu

Press @ in any Lenz chat to open the Agent Summon Menu. This lets you put Lenz into a specialized mode with deep domain expertise:

• 📢 Marketing Lead — Campaign planning, personas, and funnel strategy
• 📊 Strategist — Cross-domain analytics and reporting advisory

Each mode focuses Lenz on a specific domain and can hand off to other modes when your request crosses boundaries. Same Lenz, sharper focus.

Nexus Smart Search: Two-Stage Intelligence

Agents now tap directly into the Vizon Nexus using a new two-stage search protocol:

1. SCAN — Quick overview of what exists (cheap, fast)
2. FETCH — Deep dive into specific records (full details, expanded relationships)

This means when you ask the Sales Director about "active deals over $50k," it doesn't just guess—it scans your actual CRM data, fetches the relevant records, and gives you real numbers.

• ✨ Actions — Proposed CREATE/EDIT with approve/cancel buttons

In Sales Director mode, Lenz has full authority over your CRM:

• Search deals by stage, value, or custom filters
• Cross-reference campaign performance with deal outcomes
• Smart handoffs to Marketing when lead generation is needed

Marketing Lead Mode: Strategic Campaign Command

In Marketing Lead mode, Lenz owns your growth engine:

• Plan and launch campaigns with full funnel context
• Attach personas to campaigns for targeted messaging
• Analyze campaign performance across channels
• Smart handoffs to Sales when CRM actions are needed

Approval Workflow: AI with Guardrails

When an agent proposes a change (create, edit, or handoff), you'll see a visual action card:

• Green border — CREATE action
• Blue border — EDIT action
• Purple border — HANDOFF to another agent

Simply click Approve to execute, or Cancel to reject. You're always in control.
