The Nexus is our context engine, think of it as your company's brain. It's a knowledge graph that connects every piece of data in your workspace: your goals, your customers, your projects, your team conversations. This is what allows our AI to give you genuinely intelligent answers instead of generic AI responses.

Agent Actions represent the tangible work Lenz completes for you. One 'Action' is consumed only when you explicitly click 'Approve' on an agent's output—such as updating a CRM deal, creating a project task, or drafting an email campaign. Mere conversation or reasoning does not count against this limit.

Agent Actions are cognitive tasks requiring your approval (like drafting a contract). Workflow Runs are fully automated background sequences. Each time a workflow is triggered and runs to completion, it counts as 1 run.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. We never cut off your access mid-workflow. We'll always give you time to adjust.

Yes! We support CSV imports for contacts, companies, and deals. We also have direct integrations with Stripe for revenue data and Gmail for email sync. More integrations are being added regularly.

Security is a top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure and follow industry best practices for data protection. Your business data is never used to train AI models.

All beta users get direct access to our founder, Tie, for onboarding and support. We also have in-app chat support, email support, and a growing knowledge base. Scaleup plans include a dedicated support channel.
